Letting Go of Last Year Without Guilt

Many people carry emotional weight from the year that has passed — things they wish they had done differently, moments they regret, or goals they didn’t meet. Holding onto this guilt can make it harder to move forward.

Letting go doesn’t mean denying what happened. It means acknowledging that you did the best you could with the resources you had at the time.

The subconscious responds strongly to compassion. When guilt softens, emotional energy becomes available again for healing, clarity, and change.
